Who are we and why do we do this?

We are teachers. Teaching because we love to teach. With a lifetimes passion for horses, we are amazed by the journey we have been on. We have learned so much and we want to see that passed on. We love those aha! moments, when you get a breakthrough. We love how the horse starts to look beautiful as you learn the truths that can be found.

There is only one reason to teach. Because you truly want to help others. You want to share what you have, what you have learned, before you are gone.

That is what you will find between the pages of this magazine. Knowledge. 

And we get blessed twice over, we get to see that knowledge continue and not disappear, knowing it will be there for generations to come and we blessed one more time, because as Ralph Waldo Emerson said:

"It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself."

And that is true at so many different levels. You feel good about yourself. Your know that you are contributing and helping others. You know that knowledge will be there for future generations. And you learn so, so much when you teach and help others. Sometimes I believe you learn more by teaching then by any other manner. So we become better horse people. What a bonus is that?!!
