Any organization, any company, has a life of its own. One where it has a personality, it has opinions, it stands for some things and not for others. This is true of any person, and also for any business.
In a business or an organization, how do you find out what that person or organization believes in? Well, you can read things they have written, statements they have made, or look at what they do. And sometimes there is only one way to find out. And that is to ask. If you don't ask questions, sometimes you will never find out.
With an organization or business, often its ideas or concepts or what it believes in can only come from the individuals from within the organization.
