Capturing Error Messages

We hope the following information is helpful. If you are encountering problems please help us by capturing screenshots of all error messages you encountered, or capture step by step what you are doing, or what you are seeing on your computer and send them to us so that we can check it out further.

To capture the image, just perform the steps below:

 

(a) When the error message appears, press the Print Screen key several times (this key is located to the right of the F12 key on the keyboard)

 

(b) Open Paint ['start' => 'All Programs' => 'Accessories' => 'Paint'].

 

(c) Click Edit (menu) -> Paste or press Ctrl + V.

 

(d) Click File (menu) -> Save As. Save it as a .jpg or file and send it to us as an attachment.
