|
OCTOBER 2005 • HORSES For LIFE™ Magazine In this month's story on healing horses we talk about how poor proprioception adversely effected one little child. In this article we discuss: The CNS then relays information to the rest of the body about how to react and with what amount of tension. These receptors let us know without conscious thought the position of body parts. So basically proprioception is your body knowing where it is, without looking. So why is that important?
