The meeting place for Walter Zettl, Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling, Anja Beran, Philippe Karl, and more! Where are you going to find all of these together? At Horses For LIFE of course! Where else are you going to find out why you cannot find many of Nuno's books in English today, Why Herr Zettl exclaims, "Are They Crazy?", find out where and why you see Philippe Karl, Bea Borelle and the Parellis join forces, and what happens when one rider is challenged by her instructor on her use of her hands and ends up on the ground, bucked off. Also our apology. It seems this past month has been what we can only call -- looking back laughing now -- a comedy of errors and problems. We have had endless problems with hardware, software, printers, and more! It has endlessly delayed the production of our DVDs, answering our emails, missing emails and getting this issue out to you. We hope all is resolved now and look forward to getting back down to business. Thanks to all of those who signed our petition. Read our editorial in this edition to see some of the incredible responses by others, or just click on the "Signatures" tab at the petition site, to see who else has signed and make sure to read the many wonderful comments left by riders from all over the world.. http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/SavingTheHorses/ and add your signature in our worldwide petition to the FEI As always we offer two free articles this month. One is the beginning of a new exciting series on a unique rider exercise program designed specifically for you! Low impact, easy to do for any fitness level, an exercise program that helps isolate particular movements that helps raise your awareness of your current level of abilities and areas that you need to target to become a better rider! Focusing on range of movement in all three dimensions, it will help you discover your seat in a way that you never have before. As a popular website we find ourselves under constant attack by hackers. Why they need to indulge in destructive behaviour escapes all of us completely and unfortunately we spend far too much of our time dealing with this issue on an ongoing basis, fortunately mostly behind the scenes. We are very excited to announce that our ADD YOUR VOICE feature is back up and running and hopefully will be completely free of inappropriate comments being posted. We have revamped the software and you will now find that your comments will not be posted immediately but will be posted within 24 to 48 hours after being manually approved. We apologize for the delay in posting your messages but we hope these additional security measures will ensure that hackers will not be a problem in this area in the future! So check out past issues, and again in this issue, you can once again share your invaluable insights. We know that Anja Beran's article is raising lots of attention. Look at the end of the 2nd part of Lusitanos versus Andalusians to ADD YOUR VOICE! We look forward to your comments and your thoughts and experiences. Here is to truly looking forward to hearing from you! Please note that the ADD YOUR VOICE feature is only available in our regular web version of the magazine and is not available in our flip version. We hope you continue to enjoy our new format.
