"I value your magazine and use it to enhance my relationship with my three lovely companions."
Thank you for such an informative publication. I
like the fact that it's online. The film clips are wonderful.

and you write on so many issues that I am very passionate about."
"I loved the article on the Friesians. The video clips are what makes me really enjoy the magazine." Click here to check out this month's Issue
In this issue we celebrate the Friesian. Watch Sabine Schut-Kery in Exhibition and the majesty of the Friesian in a one-handed pirouette that seems to continue on forever, or Anya Beran as she continues in the second part of an in-depth interview on just how different this breed is to train. What we learn from them, we can apply to other horses in our lives as well. As always learning from each other's experiences. Friesians are majestic and powerful, no wonder so many are drawn to their beauty. Our newest series starting with "Riding with Torchlight", one of two free articles this month for our registered readers, already is attracting readers enthusiastic response, the sheer beauty of the imagery, see how this article is making an impact in supporting other riders with their struggles and how valuable sharing of our experiences can be to each other. But while we are drawn to the beauty in our horses, we need to be willing to stand behind our horses and do what is the very best for them. Find out about the latest study on pressure of the bit from a study in St. Petersberg, you will be shocked at the figures, but sadly it makes it not quite so surprising to hear about one judge talking about horses with blue and purple tongues in a major publication. Would you react the same way she did? What exactly are a judge's responsibilities? This issue celebrates the sheer beauty of our horses as well as the courage that they show every day, we share the rider's stories, the horse's stories and the "how to" along the way, such as the right and wrong way to use trot poles. This month one rider gets to tell his story. We have often heard others speak of Baucher - read this translation where Baucher speaks up for himself, in his own words, against those who spoke up against him, as Baucher also shares the sixteen movements that he claims to have invented so bored was he, with what had been there before. We also want to take a moment to apologize to any of our readers and contributors if we have not answered your email over the past few weeks. We pride ourselves on our customer service and it was disturbing for us to discover that because of various issues with different software and new policies of our internet provider that many of our emails were not getting through. We resolved that issue only to be struck with another within a week. We have tried to resend emails to any and all that we think might have not received their email. Please do contact us, if you think your email might have been missed. Each and every one of you are special to us and we value your feedback and your input as always. Join us in our equestrian journey and our passion and our
twenty-ninth edition of Horses
For LIFE!
Warm Regards,
