Herr Zettl in Conversation

Herr Zettl in Conversation

I do not think there is anyone more gracious, more old world mannerly with quietness and kindness and caring then Herr Zettl. This is a man deserving of respect. A man who cares about horses, a man who had and is dedicating his life... the rest of his life to helping this most noble creature... this creature that we call a horse.

Herr Zettl: It's a pleasure that you call me.

Nadja: Its a pleasure for me to speak with you. I have heard such wonderful things about you.

Herr Zettl: Because I love my horses and my riders. They are so kind and so forgiving to us.

Nadja: They are incredible creatures and they don't have a voice of their own

Herr Zettl: In my last book I wrote..If the horse could cry and scream...for pain. We would hear screaming all over the place.

Nadja: I believe that..

Herr Zettl: That's the same that same terror what you see in the shows...is just terrible

We dont' have not have enough people that show that there is a different way to do it. Show them and tell them how the horse is depending on us. We keep in so many ways so un-nature. It's just really so sad.

In Germany they have to put a club together, as a machine that brings them lots of ribbons. Instead the well-being of the horse should be our priority all the time.

Every movement should move harmonically from one movement into the other.

They push the horses too much at home.

The same thing they say there is a difference between the classical training and the show training.  What is the difference?!?{

There should be no difference.
