A stable educated seat for a balanced and comfortable horse who now can do what you want him to do!
Unfortunately what we see a lot of are riders that are not well balanced with their weight shifting on the horse.
But even more then this, with the rider's weight going back and forth. From the back of the saddle to the front of the saddle this unbalances the horse. The greener the horse, the more problems he has with his balance the more problems for the horse. This can cause the horse a host of other problems from uneven diagonals in the trot which can give him the appearance of bridle lameness to .... loading alternate forelegs making it difficult for him to bend sometimes in one direction but often in both.
