Your hip joint can
very likely be referred to as your own worst enemy. It is here that
fear can be seen. It is here that fear displays its autonomous
influence on YOUR body. Unfortunately this autonomous influence on your hip joint and the body is one that puts you in the greatest possible danger! But while this influence is autonomous that does not mean that once we become aware of our own body's reactions, we cannot then learn an alternative behavior pattern that can keep us safe. But it all begins with understanding how our body normally works when we feel fear or feel like we might be in danger and how that influences us when we are on the horse's back.
