The Cement Block
While a horse and rider were warming
up, Frank told the auditors, “Occasionally a horse develops a behavior
and he can’t stop it. We have to take him out of the cement block in
his brain. The horse sometimes traps himself; perhaps it began with
some fear. People, for instance, also trap themselves. (For example: a
fear of flying.) The cement block can happen in an instant.”
